Planting passion
Today a friend of mine gave me a cutting from her passion fruit vine. She also gave me direction on how to plant it. So I will share this with you.
First you need to remove the leaves and tendrils 6 in. up from the bottom of your vine. Then place cutting or cuttings into your pot filled with soil. Gently tamp the soil around the vine. Water, place in the shade for 2 to 3 weeks. When you see some roots, move your vine into semi shade. When you feel your plant is doing well you can then put it in the ground. Remember it is a vine and it grows up more than out. Have fun watching your passion grow.
