Tuesdays Tips and Tools- Secure a Seat Cushion to a Chair

Do you have chairs that need  seat cushions but you don't want to tie them to your chairs?
Here is an easy solution.
All you need is some doublesided sticky velco tape
and a pair of sissors.
Cut your velcro so that there is about two iches of fabric showing
on the ends and on the sides of your cushion.
Take the protective backing off of the fuzzy side of your velcro
and place the sticky side onto your fabric.
Then take the backing off of the prickly side of your velcro
and place the prickly side of your velcro onto the fussy velcro.
Do this on the right and left side of your cushion.
You should have two strips of velcro on your pillow,
with the sticky side of the prickly velcro facing up.
Turn your pillow over and place it onto your chair.
Sit on your cushion to press the velcro onto the chair.
There you go, no more sliding cushions.
