What inspires you?
This is a question I am often asked.
The answer for me would have to be color, texture,
nature, people and life.
These two photos are pictures of sand, raked seaweed
and water. The colors and texture
inspired this tone on tone scarf.
Hand knitted and crocheted this free form original
scarf, although tone on tone, is full of life and movement.
With it's waves of pale grays and circles
of white it is as if you are wrapped in the photograph.
Using all of one's senses is always a source of inspiration.
